We can play around with the MBA all we like, or any other degree programme for that matter, but if we don’t spend some serious time thinking about those that deliver those programmes then it’s of little use. Create a reverse MBA program which is taught by current business leaders, and where the students are the current faculty, with the aim being to expose faculty to the latest thinking and best practices in business. Faculty would have to attend these regularly.
