Business schools have all sorts of clubs, at both the student and alumni level. One new club that could be added is the R Club, which would be made up of retired alumni of the business school who are specifically interested in contributing to the school in some way but unsure as to how. The R Club works two ways; alumni who are members of this club also have access to students to help with projects and other initiatives they may be working on, thus benefiting both the alumni and current students. The goal is to strengthen the business school as a community, tapping into the vast knowledge and experience that these alumni possess after long careers in the business sector (and beyond). These collaborations can also help students to understand how to move the business world as it is today, into what they want to build for tomorrow. This idea builds on Day 20.
