Continuing on the idea of leadership from Day 2, it would be equally interesting to explore how leaders change and adapt themselves. Business schools often teach leadership as a sort of steady state, but the reality is that it is fluid and ever changing. We are seeing this right now more than ever. We see leaders showing leadership in a range of different ways, different styles, with some leaders failing in the time of a crisis and others shining. This could be a special course on leadership, research, an exercise or assignment, or a short executive course exploring in more depth what leadership looks like, live as it happens, during a crisis situation such as this one and how leaders, as individuals, are approaching this challenge.
