Every business school should have its own beehive. Engage students and staff in taking care of the hives. Plant native species around campus for the bees to eat. Use the honey on campus in food services but also package it and give it as gifts to visitors. Use the beehives as part of class discussions, across disciplines, to show how sustainability impacts, and is impacted by, so many different issues, many of them business related. Use them as an excuse to bring other disciplines into these discussions including natural sciences, even engineering and medicine. Create a ranking of schools based on the quality of their honey.
