Every year, the course content is pretty much the same. The curriculum is set, the learning goals are laid out. But what if the course was built in ways for the content to continue to evolve through the students that take part? One way would be to ask students at the end of the year to propose questions that they felt hadn’t been answered. Students the next year would start by exploring these (and sharing the insights with the past students). They then, at the end of their year, would do the same. Therefore, the students themselves, through their own individual experiences both personal and professional, can take the course material in more directions than one faculty member ever could.
