In my first series, and since I first started writing about MBAs, I’ve always said we should have an MBA for seniors and explore ways to engage seniors more in university projects, for the benefit of both, but in particular of business schools and their students. This new idea is related, but even more important now that many seniors are, and may continue to be, at home for more extended amounts of time. How can you develop opportunities to engage these seniors, many with unique and valuable expertise, in your work? Speakers, mentors, researchers, special programmes, have quotas, focus on women, career advisors, projects, entrepreneurship, boards,  there are 100 ideas in this alone.
