As borders have closed around the world making it more challenging to source different items, this may create space for new industries to develop at home. How can we support this change, and how will it look post COVID-19? Organise an assignment, or possibly even a new course, that explores how supply chains are, or could shift so needed items could be produced and sourced locally. What kinds of opportunities exist for students, alumni etc.
