Transform your entrepreneurship class this term by challenging students to come up with an idea for a pop-up business that would benefit different groups impacted by COVID-19. This could be to start a small shop outside a hospital for medical professionals, a delivery service for the elderly or special boxes with farm produce delivered to homes to support local farmers. Students could come up with the ideas, potentially even put them in place. They should also be challenged to think about how the business could adapt based on constantly changing conditions and what might happen to it when things go back to “normal”.
