Moving forwards, make room in every course for a number of outside students to attend. They apply and pay a small fee, and would attend either because they are interested in the course, didn’t pay attention the first time it was given (if they previously attended), want a refresher, or because it relates to their new current job. These students don’t need to have the same prerequisites as other students to apply, and do not receive a degree (just a certificate of attendance). They would be accepted because they add something to the group attending the course (eg. a different background, perspective)
