Identify a course that you have in common with one or two universities abroad. Connect all or part of the course and have students work together in group projects, bringing together students from all the schools involved as a way of giving them some of the benefits of studying abroad, without having to go anywhere (working virtually). In addition to this benefit, it will also provide different viewpoints, a whole different set of examples and best practices that wouldn’t necessarily be available at your university.  This could also include common lectures and guest speakers.
