The past few months has been challenging for everyone in different ways. How can we help students explore how to keep their life balanced, how to manage their stress, emotions, overcome adversity, find those things that make them happy, help to clear their head and help them to relax? Tap into the lessons learnt by all during the past few months to help students build on this to help them throughout their lives moving forwards. Add this as a required element of all programmes, as well as a similar opportunity for staff and faculty.
