Hanken School of Economics in Finland has put in place a number of initiatives targeted at educated asylum seekers and immigrates. This includes a Business Lead Programme that aims to introduce asylum seekers to Finnish working life. The programme ends in a two-month internship with a Finnish company. Another programme they have is a Finish Business Culture course, an intense two-day programmes that focuses on business legislation, Finnish consumer behaviour, marketing to Fins, Finnish negotiation style and management styles and guidelines on how to establish a company in Finland.
